Tom Blakely

Tom has been a part of the Schaefer team since 2004, bringing more than 30 years of construction experience to every project he leads. His background spans AHCA-related work, ground-up construction, and complex interior demolitions and renovations.

As a Superintendent, Tom leads day-to-day field operations with a steady, hands-on approach. He oversees all trade coordination, construction phasing and sequencing, and site logistics, while maintaining a sharp focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Protecting team members, occupants, visitors, and surrounding traffic is always his top priority, and he works proactively to minimize disruptions and delays.

Known for his thorough planning and clear communication, Tom manages material deliveries, subcontractor coordination, and overall on-site execution to keep projects running smoothly and confidently from start to finish.
