Steve Morrissey

Steve has served as a Superintendent at Schaefer since 2019, bringing over 30 years of construction experience to the team. Throughout his career, he has managed projects of all sizes—from small-scale renovations to complex, multi-million-dollar builds—across a range of sectors including medical office, senior living, multi-family housing, retail, and light industrial.

Since joining Schaefer, Steve has led key assignments for two of the firm’s longest-standing clients, reinforcing their trust in Schaefer’s commitment to quality and consistency. His field leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of jobsite coordination, scope development, estimating, and quality assurance.

Steve plays a critical role in enforcing the Schaefer Safety Program, managing subcontractors and schedules, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. His strong communication skills and ability to bridge the field and office make him a valued leader on every project he touches.
