Seth has been a dedicated member of the Schaefer team since 2011, making him one of our longest-tenured and most trusted Superintendents. Over the years, he has been instrumental in the successful delivery of some of our most high-profile and complex projects.

Known for his unwavering commitment to safety, job site organization, and quality execution, Seth ensures that each project is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards. His extensive construction knowledge allows him to excel in plan reading, material take-offs, and the early identification of potential challenges—often solving issues before they impact project timelines.
