Kyle Lewis brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial construction, with a strong foundation in estimating, preconstruction, and project delivery. As a Project Manager at Schaefer General Contracting, Kyle leads project teams through planning, procurement, and execution—ensuring alignment between design intent, client expectations, and field operations. His leadership style emphasizes clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and high-quality results.

Prior to joining Schaefer, Kyle spent nearly seven years at J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc., where he advanced from Estimator to Director of Preconstruction. In that role, he was responsible for early project planning, cost strategy, and client coordination, helping set the stage for successful project delivery across a range of commercial sectors.

Kyle’s experience in both preconstruction and project management allows him to bridge the gap between planning and execution—bringing precision, foresight, and a client-focused mindset to every job he leads.
