Konner Grossman

Konner Grossman joined Schaefer General Contracting as a Project Coordinator, bringing with him a strong foundation in business, engineering, and hands-on technical experience across a variety of industries. With a degree in Business Management and Accountancy from the University of Louisville and additional study in Mechanical Engineering through the Speed School, Konner brings both analytical precision and practical problem-solving to every project.

Before joining Schaefer, Konner held diverse roles in engineering, accounting, and operations—developing and optimizing mechanical systems, managing front-office operations for a specialty automotive business, and processing high-volume warranty claims in the heavy equipment industry. His ability to manage complex workflows, financial data, and technical specifications makes him a valuable asset to project teams, where he supports planning, coordination, and documentation across all phases of construction.

Konner’s background in bookkeeping, 3D modeling, and systems management has given him a well-rounded understanding of how projects move from concept to completion. He is known for his adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. As a Project Coordinator at Schaefer, Konner plays a key role in ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
