Jon Collins

Jon Collins joined Schaefer in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to every project. As a Superintendent, Jon is a trusted on-site leader who takes pride in protecting the client’s best interests while ensuring projects are executed with precision, care, and accountability.

Jon oversees day-to-day construction operations, including trade coordination, site supervision, construction phasing and sequencing, and the implementation of staging and safety plans. Safety is always his top priority, and he is intentional about minimizing disruption to ongoing operations through proactive planning, clear communication, and thoughtful site management. From material deliveries and subcontractor coordination to overall on-site execution, Jon leads with consistency, professionalism, and a commitment to building confidence from the ground up.
