Joe Walden

Joe Walden has been a valued member of Schaefer General Contracting since 2002, bringing more than 30 years of construction experience to every jobsite. As a Project Superintendent, Joe is known for his leadership, craftsmanship, and strong commitment to client satisfaction, often serving as the primary point of contact and on-site lead for complex, high-impact projects.

Over the course of his career, Joe has successfully managed a wide range of project types, including ground-up construction, structural stabilizations, phased interior renovations, and occupied facility work. His deep knowledge of construction best practices and ability to navigate both technical and logistical challenges make him a key contributor to Schaefer’s project success.

Joe is an excellent craftsman when it comes to rough carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry. His attention to detail, scheduling precision, and proactive approach to safety and quality control have earned him the trust and confidence of clients and subcontractors alike.
