Jeremey Flynn

With nearly five years at Schaefer General Contracting Services, Jeremy Flynn brings a well-rounded perspective to his role as Project Coordinator, supporting project teams from preconstruction through closeout. Known for his attention to detail, coordination skills, and strong work ethic, Jeremy plays a key role in document management, subcontractor communication, scheduling support, and overall project organization to keep complex jobs running smoothly and efficiently.

Before joining Schaefer, Jeremy served as a Project Manager at Environmental Construction Inc., where he oversaw project execution from the field and developed deep experience in concrete work and specialty scopes. His hands-on field knowledge complements his coordination role, allowing him to anticipate challenges and support the team with practical, grounded solutions.

Jeremy is OSHA 30 certified, a graduate of ABC Florida Gulf Coast’s NexGen leadership program, and is committed to continuing growth in the construction industry.
