Bringing over 30 years of construction industry experience, Chuck Rassenfoss joined Schaefer Construction in 2005, initially serving as a Senior Project Manager. Over the years, he has demonstrated his expertise and dedication to the field. Today, as our esteemed Director of Construction, Chuck plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s trajectory and ensuring excellence in project execution.

With a specialized focus on healthcare and senior living markets over the past decade, Chuck has led numerous initiatives, ranging from extensive renovations and interior demolitions to the construction of new facilities. His leadership spans across

various states, including notable projects in Kentucky, Florida, and Texas.
Chuck’s remarkable capabilities shine through as he adeptly manages projects of all scales, with budgets reaching up to $23 million. His comprehensive oversight ensures that each endeavor adheres to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, safety and client satisfaction; solidifying Schaefer Construction’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.
