Bryan Locke

Bryan joined Schaefer in the Summer of 2022 with a 20+ year career in public accounting, insurance and real estate industries. Throughout that time, he focused on strategic planning, operations, marketing, finance, business development and process improvement, and he played a key role in a $60M real estate development project. With a degree in Accounting from Bellarmine University, Bryan also has management experience in commercial real estate holdings. Since joining the Schaefer team, he has handled several projects in the Atria Senior Living PCPI Program and has assisted on a large multi-family development.
