As an Assistant Project Manager at Schaefer, April McGrath brings more than a decade of experience in design, remodeling, and construction management. With a background in interior design and a hands-on approach to project execution, April combines creativity with precision to support seamless project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Before joining Schaefer, April led remodeling projects and design initiatives across Kentucky, managing everything from client consultations and subcontractor scheduling to budgeting, permitting, and inspections. Her experience designing and executing kitchen and bath layouts gives her a detailed understanding of how thoughtful planning and coordination can shape exceptional outcomes.

April’s collaborative nature, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable member of the Schaefer team.
