Tony Hedrick

Tony brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience to the Schaefer team, with deep expertise in food & beverage, manufacturing, and warehouse/distribution projects. Known for his leadership and precision in the field, Tony plays a critical role in ensuring jobsite operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

As Site Superintendent, Tony oversees all aspects of daily construction activities—from coordinating subcontractors and supervising trades to managing project phasing, sequencing, and on-site logistics. His top priority is safety, and he leads with a proactive approach to ensure all team members adhere to the highest standards.

Tony is especially skilled at minimizing disruption to ongoing operations, making him an ideal fit for occupied or active job sites. He takes a strategic approach to material deliveries, subcontractor scheduling, and implementation of staging and safety plans to keep the project moving forward while maintaining a safe and organized site.
