With nearly 35 years as a Master Electrician and the last five focused on dock and door operations, Allen offers deep technical knowledge paired with practical problem-solving and strong customer coordination.

Known for his clear communication and customer-first mindset, Allen monitors his phone around the clock to ensure issues are addressed quickly and thoroughly. He believes in a “fix first, replace second” approach, prioritizing smart solutions that extend the life of systems while minimizing disruption for clients.
