Swiss Village & Swiss Hall

Originally built in the 1920s, the historic 12,000-square-foot Swiss Hall has long served as a gathering place for Swiss immigrants, hosting lively parties, dinners, and community events. At various points in its history, the building even housed a boxing ring and a bowling alley. Understanding the cultural significance of Swiss Hall, the Owner was committed to preserving its legacy while giving it new life as a modern residential community.

To achieve this, the project involved an extensive renovation, including excavation of the original structure and the addition of an entirely new floor. The transformed building now features 18 thoughtfully designed studio and two-bedroom apartments, seamlessly blending historic charm with contemporary living. Beyond the main structure, the project expanded into the surrounding 2.6-acre site, where 23 brand-new two-bedroom homes were constructed, creating a vibrant residential enclave that honors Swiss Hall’s storied past while meeting the needs of today’s residents.
