Regency Oaks Senior Living

Regency Oaks, a 40-acre senior living community with 385 independent living apartments, 26 assisted living units, and 60 skilled nursing beds, underwent a $3.47 million phased renovation to enhance its amenities while ensuring resident safety on the occupied campus.

Phase 1 introduced an 8,210 SF addition known as the Town Hall, a versatile space designed to host up to 208 people for community events and educational programs. The expansion also included new restrooms, a conference room, a warming kitchen, and three administrative offices.

Phase 2 transformed the existing community space into a modern wellness center, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle for residents.

Phase 3 expanded the community’s beauty salon into a full-service spa. Notably, the salon operator maintained operations throughout construction, minimizing disruption to residents.

Schaefer’s careful planning and execution ensured a seamless renovation, enhancing the community’s amenities while prioritizing safety and comfort for its residents.
