Schaefer transformed a key corridor at Kindred in Green Cove Springs, Florida, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality for residents and staff. The renovation focused on modernizing the space with updated finishes while maintaining a fully operational environment.

The project covered approximately 500 linear feet of corridor, including the renovation of a nurse station. Schaefer’s team meticulously planned and executed the updates to minimize disruption, ensuring the space remained accessible and safe throughout construction.

Given the occupied nature of the facility, the work was completed in 14 carefully coordinated phases. The delivery team navigated challenges executing construction in an active healthcare setting while maintaining full hospital operations. Schaefer’s phased approach and strategic scheduling allowed work to be completed efficiently without compromising patient care or staff productivity.
