Kindred Hospital Bay Area – St. Petersburg

This 13,000 sf Kindred Health & Rehab project consisted of the demolition and rebuild of the existing 1st and 2nd floor spaces to create a 24-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit with various support spaces for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, patient dining and activity. All patients rooms were constructed to meet ADA requirements.
