Johnson Animal Clinic

The Johnson Animal Clinic project involved the construction of a 5,600 SF. animal hospital designed to provide the highest standard of veterinary care. Schaefer was engaged to oversee the budgeting, value engineering, and construction of the new facility, working closely with the owner and architect throughout the entire process to ensure the clinic met both functional and aesthetic requirements.

The new facility includes a range of spaces essential to veterinary practice, such as exam rooms, a surgery suite, pharmacy, kennel, and grooming/boarding areas. It also features administrative offices, medical records storage, and support spaces designed to facilitate smooth operations and optimal patient care.

This project showcases Schaefer’s expertise in constructing specialized healthcare facilities, with an emphasis on integrating the latest standards of care. The Johnson Animal Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility that supports the clinic’s mission to provide comprehensive wellness care, ensuring pets remain healthy now and into the future.
