The Homeplace at Midway is proud to be Kentucky’s first and only Green House® community. A partnership with The Green House® Project, The Homeplace at Midway sets a new standard in eldercare. This forward-thinking model redefines senior living by creating an environment that truly feels like home. Designed to provide comfort, dignity, and a sense of community, The Homeplace prioritizes residential-style architecture, intimate layouts, and inviting interiors that foster warmth and familiarity.

A Christian Care Community, The Homeplace offers a unique alternative to traditional Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities. The new campus consists of four charming cottages, thoughtfully arranged around lush gardens, landscaped pathways, and serene outdoor spaces. Each cottage accommodates 12 residents, striking the perfect balance between privacy and social engagement.

Each resident enjoys the comfort of a private bedroom and en-suite bath, while the shared living spaces—including a cozy hearth, welcoming living room, family-style dining area, and open kitchen—serve as the heart of the home. Here, residents and caregivers come together for freshly prepared meals, meaningful connections, and a true sense of belonging.
