Helmwood Healthcare Center

This 15,000 SF design-build project transformed the lower level of an existing facility into 17 personal care units, creating a warm, home-like environment for residents. Each private unit features a dedicated bathroom, ample storage, and a compact kitchenette with a sink, cabinetry, and a small refrigerator for personal food and beverages.

Beyond individual living spaces, the project introduced vibrant communal areas designed to enhance social engagement and well-being. A thoughtfully designed common area now offers inviting dining and lounge spaces, complete with comfortable seating, dining tables, and an open-concept kitchen to encourage interaction among residents.

The renovation also included a new wellness center and a private family room, providing a dedicated space for residents and their loved ones to connect in a comfortable, intimate setting.
