Schaefer worked closely on this project with the design team and owner prior to construction to ensure constructability, code compliance, and adherence to budget parameters.

The 66-unit community features a dining room, ice cream shop and bistro, with large gathering spaces. A salon and spa, fitness center and rehab therapy gym. theater, library, putting green and veranda for outdoor enjoyment.
