Schaefer had the privilege to partner with Atria over the years, delivering improvements that enhance comfort, convenience, and quality of life for their senior living community residents. At Evergreen Woods, Schaefer was honored to play a key role in creating a welcoming, vibrant environment for the community through the delivery of a 2,000 SF multi-purpose facility which added a sizable swimming pool accompanied by a hot tub, and three fully screened pergolas. While delivering the facility, the team navigated several hurdles during the permitting process where Schaefer was able to leverage a trusted and professional expeditor to guarantee a smooth and timely approval process with local authorities.

The project was complete with the installation of new footbridges, covered pathways and newly paved parking lot. The Schaefer team closed out this project by completing all of the landscaping.
