This 42-bed assisted living facility is adjacent to the client’s existing skilled nursing facility, was delivered in an integrated approach, working in tandem with architect and owner. This 37,500 sq. ft. structure offers sophisticated amenities and social spaces like an expansive lounge, entertainment, theater, formal dining room, parlor, and library. Botanically adorned courtyards facilitate residents’ enjoyment of the outdoors while preserving their safety within the facility boundaries.
