Part of an Adventist Healthcare Community, Creekwood Place is a ground-up 104-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center spanning 61,000 SF The two-story facility employs a ‘hybrid’ Greenhouse model, offering residents a more home-like environment. Overlooking a nearby golf course, its main dining room and gathering areas benefit from scenic views, enhanced by the building’s four-wing layout.

Constructed on a challenging 4-acre site, Schaefer navigated elevation changes of 14-feet and addressed multiple sinkholes that were discovered during early construction. Despite these obstacles, the team successfully delivered a modern facility that prioritizes resident comfort, wellness, and connection to the surrounding landscape.
