Creekwood Place

An Adventist Healthcare Community, the new Creekwood Place is a 104-bed skilled nursing and rehab center.  The two-story building design is considered a ‘hybrid’ Greenhouse model, and is situated adjacent to a golf course, visible from the main dining room, and gathering areas within the four building wings.

The new 61,000 sq. ft . center was built on a challenging 4.12 acre tract of land, and extensive earthwork was needed to address a 14’ drop in elevation. Additionally, Schaefer also discovered several sinkholes on the property.
