Baypoint Village

Schaefer completed a comprehensive, phased renovation of this senior living community in Hudson, FL, transforming the facility to enhance accessibility, functionality, and resident care. The project included converting an Assisted Living unit into an Alzheimer’s and Cognitive Disorder care unit, updating the kitchen, laundry, public restrooms, and wellness center, and adding new administrative offices and a charting room. A full roof replacement was also completed. The second phase focused on aesthetic and functional upgrades, including new flooring, paint, ceiling replacements, lighting upgrades, and enhancements to common areas. Through careful planning and execution, Schaefer revitalized the community while ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff.
