Baptist Terrace Apartments

Developed in 1970, The Roberts (formerly Baptist Terrace) is comprised of 197 studio and one-bedroom specially renovated apartment units, featuring updated kitchens, bathrooms, and safety features as well as energy-efficient enhancements and mechanical system improvements. Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation (ONIC) began renovations after acquiring the facility from the Baptist Terrace senior housing tower in Downtown Orlando.

Situated a block south of Lake Eola and three blocks east of Orange Avenue, the 14-story tower offers affordable units for the local elderly population at a downtown location convenient to transportation, shopping, and medical facilities. Neighborhood amenities include a Publix grocery store one half block away.

The Schaefer team carefully preserved the historic windows of the senior living facility to maintain the community’s historic significance and charm.
