Atria – Oxmoor Lodge

In 2023, Schaefer wrapped up renovations at Atria Oxmoor, delivering a newly transformed community for existing and future residetns. The project included upgrades to apartments, stairwells, the lobby, and common areas, featuring new tile and carpet, fresh paint, and modern light fixtures. The most significant transformation took place in the main dining room, creating a more inviting and comfortable experience for residents. Apartment renovations included new cabinetry, countertops, and appliances in the kitchenettes, along with updated showers and cabinetry in the bathrooms. Additional improvements extended to the fitness facility, library, and administrative offices. Maintaining a secure job site while minimizing disruption was a top priority, ensuring a seamless renovation experience for both staff and residents.
