Executed in three phases, this comprehensive renovation involved the phased demolition and rebuild of a single-floor, approximately 20,000 SF commercial office building.

The building’s architectural elements were completely aviation inspired, blending terminal and aircraft elements to create a uniquely immersive environment. Open, floating ceilings emulate seating aisles and overhead compartments, evoking a cabin-like ambiance. A three-compartment conference room carries the reminiscent theme of an airport terminal, complete with electronic projector screens, operable wall partitions, and integrated data control panels.

Phase one of the renovation included the complete demolition of the flooring, walls, HVAC infrastructure and sprinkler system in the building’s unoccupied space.

Phases 2 and 3 transformed occupied areas, replicating the design and technological features established in Phase 1. These phases introduced a break area/pantry reminiscent of an airport bar or restaurant, along with two meeting rooms featuring cloud-like specialty ceilings, and a new reception area striking a resemblance to an airline check-in area.
