Exciting milestones are happening as our team celebrated the groundbreaking of Trilogy Cedar Creek!

The Schaefer team is actively progressing on a new ground-up senior living community in Lowell, IN, featuring a 23,000 SF memory care facility alongside 13 duplex patio homes.

The memory care building, known as the Legacy Building, includes 24 resident suites, a spacious community and activity area, and a dedicated courtyard. It also serves as a shared hub for the community, offering a clubhouse for patio home residents, along with spaces for events, activities, and fitness.

A special milestone for this new senior living community was celebrated as the first couple has secured one of the new patio homes.

Slated for completion in April 2027, these 1- and 2-bedroom duplexes at Trilogy’s Villas and Legacy Village will offer thoughtfully designed spaces where residents can thrive.
