Lakeport Square Celebrates their Grand Opening in Leesburg, FL

Schaefer General Contracting (Schaefer) celebrated a special milestone this morning at the grand opening for Lake Port Square, a senior living community in Leesburg, FL. Joining residents, partners, and community leaders, our team joined in welcoming guests into the newly refreshed Town Hall for a special grand opening celebration.

Schaefer proudly delivered the renovation of several community spaces along with the ground-up construction of a new multipurpose Town Hall building. Updated areas included the spa and salon, fitness center, and woodshop, while the bistro received both a renovation and an expansion.

Located within a 78-acre nature preserve, Lake Port Square offers a vibrant retirement lifestyle with a range of residential options, services, and amenities designed to support residents through every stage of life.

As a general contractor delivering senior living communities for over 40 years, we’re proud to partner on projects that create environments where residents can thrive and truly feel at home. Congratulations to the entire Lake Port Square team on this exciting new chapter.
